Goal Setting Easy-Peasy Lemon-Squeezy You know what makes goals feel so far away and difficult to achieve? You start with this grand idea, maybe it’s losing 20lbs or maybe it’s writing a novel. But after a day of two without eating bread or deleting more words than you actually use in your document, you lose hope. Feel like, nope – there is no way I am ever going to accomplish this! Frustration and will power are two of the most difficult things to overcome when trying to achieve your goals. Universal Reminders When I posted yesterday about utilizing intention in getting your day started off right, I had no idea that the Universe wanted to teach me a lesson in humility. So while I had scheduled that post to load a few days prior, when I woke up on Monday morning, I had a SEVERE case of the Mondays. Yes, I’m not above using Office Space quote references.
