When I posted yesterday about utilizing intention in getting your day started off right, I had no idea that the Universe wanted to teach me a lesson in humility.
So while I had scheduled that post to load a few days prior, when I woke up on Monday morning, I had a SEVERE case of the Mondays. Yes, I’m not above using Office Space quote references. I am not sure if it was jet lag from having come back from Europe only the day before or it being Daylight Saving Time – one of my most loathed days of the year – but I woke up grumpy and in a FUNK!
When I got online and saw my cheery and smiley post about waking up on the right side of bed, I had a good laugh at myself and promptly started my day knowing full well I had to do something to get out of my head and my foul mood.
Once kids were sorted and my immense backlog of emails were dealt with, I decided to sit my butt down and meditate for a while to gain perspective and focus on how I wanted my day to really begin.
My only comment on this is to remind you that we are all human, and while I can provide tips and tricks to help you improve your life, I am still fallible and need to heed my own advice sometimes too. If you have the tools in your toolkit, you can fix just about anything. I was able to turn my day around by using the tools I have at my disposal. I can help you turn your day, month, year or even your life around by giving you your own unique set of tools you can use in your everyday life.
Thanks for the support and as always, if you need me, reach out and let me know.
Until next time,
