I'm a little over half way through my six week health and wellness challenge and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed with how far I've come.
Sure, there are days when I just really want to shove a slice of New York pizza down my throat, however, I have also learned I am stronger and have more willpower than I ever thought I did.
The diet and exercise program I'm on right now is no joke. I'm not trying to promote anything, so I won't explain it too in depth, but it's working. My goal for this entire 6 week journey was to let go of some of the emotional weight I've put on in the last year and to just set up some healthier habits to move myself forward in the future - and you know what? It's working.
Am I going to stay on this restricted diet forever, no - however I have learned there are a lot of healthier options to foods I love that I can utilize and substitute more often than not. I've always been an 'in moderation' kind of person and up until this last year, I had been hanging in with that philosophy. Then I got a little indulgent and well... I didn't gain this weight overnight, and so it won't fall off overnight either.
I just wanted to let you all know that:
You are stronger than you think you are!
You are capable of more than you believe you are!
You are worthy of love, joy, happiness and success!
You are enough!!
